Erika works as a legal assistant in our office.  Her primary duties are to assist our clients with property damage related issues and to help with demand packages.  Erika is familiar with the issues and difficulties associated with resolving property damage claims.  She helps our clients to navigate through this area of their case.  She also works to ensure the Shane has all of the information he needs to present our client's cases to the insurance company.  Her responsibilities are to ensure that all medical records and bills are in the file.  Erika is also responsible for the initial draft of the demands detailing our client's treatment after the accident.
   
 In addition to working at our firm, Erika attends Gordon College.  Erika moved to Georgia when she was 8 years old and has lived here ever since.  While in school she played the flute and still enjoys playing for recreation.
