Holly works as a legal assistant in our office.  Recently she has changed positions within our firm to help with negotiations.  Her primary duties are to ensure the adjuster receives our clients demands, follows up with the adjusters when they are late with an offer, ensures that they receive any counter offers, and to handle closing out a settled case file.  She also works to keep our clients informed on the progress of their case once settlement negotiations begin.  Holly is the best person to call once the demand on the case has been mailed to find out what is currently going on with the case.

     Prior to working at our office, Holly worked as a registered nurse.  She has extensive experience as a nurse and reviews all medical records to ensure that we have a complete understanding of any medical procedures and conditions that our clients experience.  She also talks with the many people who call our office about medical malpractice claims.  Holly is familiar with the many surgical procedures or health conditions that our clients need to talk about. Even when we cannot help, she explain why or advises Shane about what did happen or should have happened.

     Holly is a native of Georgia and has lived here her entire life.  She attended school in Fairburn and then went to nursing school at Georgia State.  She practiced as a full time nurse for nine years and still holds her nursing license.
