About Our Staff

     Margaret works in our firm as a legal assistant.  Her primary duties are to help ensure that all of the initial paperwork is signed, that we have the medical authorizations for our clients,  that we have the accident reports, and to set up the insurance claims.  If for some reason something is missing, she will call our clients to to make sure we can quickly get started working on our clients' cases.  She works to ensure that the claims are set up and that the insurance company adjuster has our letter of representation as quickly as possible.  
    Margaret has lived in Georgia many years.  Prior to coming to our firm she worked at Delta as a customer service representative.  She helped Delta's customers solve their problems and that is what she does for us also.
