Quan works as a case manager/paralegal in the office. He works to gather bills and records, ensures clients are seeking proper treatment, and assists them in anyway possible. Quan hopes to turn each client's tough situation into a smooth one. He also helps by listening to clients for their needs and tries to assist in those areas. He helps in finding providers to provide treatment to lessen their pain they are going through. Quan believes it is important to be a friend in a time of need to clients. He says," I feel in some ways, we are healers to our clients."

  Quan has worked in law and received his BA degree in Criminal Justice. His previous experience in the legal field and prayer he says led him to his current position with the Law Offices of Shane Smith.

  Quan is no stranger to Georgia. He was born and raised in Georgia and enjoys reading, traveling, playing basketball, and volunteering around Atlanta and at local nursing homes and around Atlanta. He also enjoys spending time with his family and close friends.
