Shirley is a legal assistant in our office.  She is directly responsible for helping our clients resolve issues related to their treatment after an injury.  This can include many things such as helping to make sure they are seen by the correct doctor, helping their health insurance get filed, and helping to gather the information to present their claim to the insurance company. 
     Prior to working at our office Shirley worked as an account and customers service agent at Delta Airlines for many years.  One of her duties was to try and help her customers solve problems that they had with Delta. 
     Shirley was born in Georgia and has lived here her entire life.  She has been married for 36 years and has two grown children.  She loves to cross-stitch, read and travel, although we don't like to let her out of the office for very long.
