April Incident Results in Successful Claim Against State Farm

Akber Jiwani was involved in a motor vehicle accident on April 16, 2010 in Fayette County, Georgia.  Requiring immediate medical attention, Akber was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of Piedmont Fayette Hospital. Presenting with complaints of pain in his neck and back, Akber was diagnosed with both cervical and lumbar strains. He was advised to seek follow-up medical care and was given a prescription for the sustained injuries. 

Akber was also seen by Art of Life Chiropractic as he had continued to suffer from neck and chest pain, and mood changes. Dr. Shearer diagnosed him with cervical sprain/strain, throat pain, and lumbago/low back pain. Further, Dr. Shearer found that Akber had reduced range of motion. Art of Life Chiropractic prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to combat and treat Akber's symptoms.

Once he was feeling better, we were able to settle the claim against State Farm Insurance Company.
