Clayton / Atlanta Car Accident Case Settled with Soft Tissue Injury

Marcus was involved in a motor vehicle accident on November 6, 2008 in Clayton County.  Marcus was on a Marta Bus when the bus was struck by a hit and run.  Marcus sustained injuries from this accident.  He went to Southern Regional Medical Center for injuries to his hip and knee, and he was diagnosed with having knee sprain and a soft tissue injury to his hip.  Marcus still sustained pain from his injuries, and he went to Atlanta Accident & Injury Specialist for physical therapy.  There he was diagnosed with cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and knee/leg sprains.  Once Marcus was feeling completely better, we were able to settle the case with Scotts Dale Insurance.  Marta does not normally carry uninsured motorist coverage for its riders, however, this was a sub contracted bus which did have private insurance.  This was a great help to Marcus, and just illustrates why you should have uninsured motorist insurance.  Check out the general part of my website for a discussion on this topic.
