Baldwin County Car Wreck Case Settled with Cervical Spine and Shoulder Sprains

Jeremy was involved in an automobile accident on April 17, 2009 in Baldwin County.  Jeremy was traveling east on West Andrews Street when another vehicle failed to yield and struck Jeremy.  Jeremy sustained injuries to his neck from this accident and was seen at Oconee Regional Medical Center for treatment.  He was diagnosed with having cervical strain.  Jeremy continued to have pain to his neck, upper back, and shoulder.  He went to Dr. Stephen Nolan for chiropractic treatment.  There he was diagnosed with having headaches, radicular neuralgia, cervical spine and shoulder sprains, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar subluxations, and spasms.  Once Jeremy completed his physical therapy and was feeling completely better, we were able to move on with the settlement against Allstate Insurance.
