Atlanta Car Wreck Case In Clayton Settled, Client had Rotator Cuff Surgery

Commonseta was involved in an automobile accident on Attucks Boulevard in Clayton County.  Commonseta was driving along Attucks Boulevard when another driver backed into her car.  She sustained injuries from the accident and she was seen at Southern Regional Medical Center.  Commonseta was diagnosed with having many muscle spasms and tension headaches.  Her injuries persisted to bother her, so she went to Advanced Medical Clinics.  There she was diagnosed with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar sprains and muscle spasms.  She completed physical therapy for her injuries.  She also went to her primary care physician and South Fulton Medical Center for treatment pertaining to her injuries after the accident.  Once Commonseta was feeling completely better, we were about to settle the claim against Cotton State Insurance Company.  Through negotiations we were able to get Commonseta awarded the full policy limits available on her case.  Additionally, through a new law we were able to get her Uninsured Motorist Carrier to pay for her required medical care reimbursement.  This allowed her to receive several extra thousand dollars.
