Atlanta Personal Injury Attorney Settles Cobb County Auto Accident

Gary was involved in a motor vehicle accident on April 16th, 2011 in Cobb County Georgia. Gary was a passenger in a vehicle that was sitting at a turn lane to take a right turn when another vehicle came slamming into them causing the impact. After the collision, Gary required medical attention. At the Emergency Room, he was examined by the physician and diagnosed as having low back pain. He was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. Upon discharge, Gary was instructed to rest and to take the prescribed medications and to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained. Following the emergency room physician's advice, he sought further medical care by Dr. Jeremy Broe of Peachtree Center Rehab. He had continued to suffer from neck and back pain and was diagnosed with multiple spinal sprains/strains and muscle spasms. Dr. Broe found that Gary had reduced range of motion in his neck and back and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms. Gary was also seen at Center for Pain Management with Dr. Kamal Kabakibou of Center. Dr. Kamal diagnosed him with cervicalgia, brachial neuritis/radiculitis, cervical intervertebral disc without myelopathy, intervertebral lumbar disc disorder with myelopathy, and a bulging disc at L3-4. He was also advised to follow up with DC MRI for an MRI of his cervical and lumbar spine. Once he was healed, we settled the claim against First Acceptance Insurance Company.
