Marlon was involved in an incident on December 17, 2007 in the Super Save Foods.

Marlon walked into the store and slipped on a piece of lettuce. He sustained injury to his back, and he was seen at Gwinnett Hospital. He was diagnosed with having low back pain. Later, he was also seen at Northwest Medical Clinic for continued pain in his back. There he was diagnosed with having lumbar and thoracic strain. He was prescribed physical therapy treatment and he was also instructed to follow up with DC MRI for an MRI of his lower back. He was diagnosed with low back pain.
Marlon continued to have constant pain and went to Atlanta Spine Institute for treatment. He was diagnosed with having L3-L4 significant spinal stenosis and was prescribed epidural steroid injections of the lumbar spine. He was referred to North Georgia Pain Clinic for this treatment.

Once Marlon was feeling completely better, we were able to settle his claim against the American States Insurance Company.
