Attorney Shane Smith settles with USAA on Muscogee County Accident

Randell was involved in a motor vehicle accident on September 7^th, 2010 in Muscogee County Georgia. Randell was getting off an exit ramp and was struck in the rear bumper by another vehicle. After this collision, Randall required medical attention.

He was seen by Dr. Steve Cosper of Cosper Chiropractic.  Randall suffered from neck pain, back pain, headaches, and right knee pain.  Dr. Cosper diagnosed him with multiple back sprain/strains and headaches. Dr. Cosper found that Randall had reduced range of motion in his neck and back and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing.

Randall incurred medical expenses as a direct result of the accident. After treatment was completed, we settled the claim against USAA.
