Columbus Georgia failed to yeild Accident; Case settled

Marcus was involved in an accident on November 3^rd, 2010 in Columbus, Georgia. He was traveling west going thru an intersection when another vehicle who failed to yield taking a left turn and crashed into Marcus's vehicle. After this collision, Marcus required medical attention.  

At the Emergency Room, he was examined by the emergency room physician and diagnosed as having cervical and lumbar strains.  He was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries and instructed to rest and to take the prescribed medications.  He was also advised to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained.  He continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries and following the emergency room physician's advice, sought further medical care.  He was seen by Dr. Brad Brunet of South Atlanta Medical Rehabilitation‑Columbus.  Marcus had continued to suffer from neck pain, back pain, and shoulder pain and was diagnosed with cervicobrachial syndrome, lumbar back pain, and thoracic segmental dysfunction and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms. Once treatment was completed, Attorney Shane Smith settled the claim with USAA Insurance Company.
