Robin Green was involved in a slip and fall accident on February 14, 2010 in Columbus Georgia. Robin was being seated at Logan's Roadhouse when she slipped on the wet floor. After this incident, Robin required medical attention. She was transported to the emergency room of West Georgia Medical Center, Robin presented with complaints of pain in shoulder, lower back and both knees. She was diagnosed as having shoulder sprain/strain, lumbar sprain, neck sprain, shoulder joint pain, knee contusion, and lumbago. Robin was given prescriptions for injuries sustained. Ms. Green was also advised to seek follow up medical care and was sought treatment from Dr. Steven Cosper of Cosper Chiropractic. She continued to suffer from lower back/right hip pain, pain in both knees, left arm pain, right shoulder pain. Dr. Cosper diagnosed her with cervical sprain/strain, lumbar sprain/strain, thoracic sprain/strain, and wrist/hand radiculitis. Dr. Cosper found that Robin had reduced range of motion in her neck and back. He prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms. Ms. Green continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries and was ultimately referred to the Southern Center for Orthopedics. With continued pain in her right knee and shoulder, she was diagnosed with a knee contusion and impingement syndrome shoulder. As Ms. Green regained her health, we were able to settle the claim against Gallagher Bassett lnsurance Company.
