Couple Injured After Hit & Run Auto Accident

ER was involved in a auto accident on Juy 13, 2010. The incident occurred in Clayton County. Our ER  required medical attention.  She was seen by Dr. Marva Crosby of South Atlanta Medical. ER suffered from pain in her neck, shoulder, and back.  Dr. Crosby diagnosed her with bilateral shoulder pain, cervicalgia, and thoracic spine pain. Dr. Crosby found that ER had reduced range of motion in her neck, shoulder, and back. She was prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing.  Once ER was feeling better, our office was able to settle the claim against Liberty Mutual insurance company.
