Couple Injured In Rear-End Hit & Run In Clayton County

CR was involved in a auto accident on Juy 13, 2010. The incident occurred in Clayton County. Our client was rear-ended. After this collision, CR required medical attention.  He was seen by Dr. Marva Crosby of South Atlanta Medical. CR suffered from lower back pain.  Dr. Crosby diagnosed him with back strains. Dr. Crosby found that CR CR had reduced range of motion in his back. He was prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing. Once CR was feeling better, our office was able to settle the claim against Liberty Mutual insurance company.
