DeKalb County Site of Rear End Accident

Herman Jenkins was involved in a rear end motor vehicle accident on December 22, 2009 in DeKalb County.  After his collision, Herman was forced to seek medical attention suffering from neck and back pain and headaches. He was seen at HealthFirst Rehab & Wellness where the attending physician diagnosed the following conditions: cervical sprain/strain, thoracic sprain/strain, lumbosacral sprain/strain, and headaches.
