Driver Rear-Ended in Troup County Accident Settles Against State Farm Insurance

Eugene was involved in a motor vehicle accident on May 2, 2011 in Troup County Georgia. Eugene was driving his vehicle and after coming to a stop at a red light, another vehicle rear ended him. After this collision, Eugene required medical attention. At the Emergency room, he was examined by the physician and diagnosed as having acute myofascial lumbar strain. Upon discharge, he was instructed to rest and seek follow up medical care. Following the physician's advice, he sought out a physician for follow up care with Dr. Steven Cosper. When Eugene visited Cosper Chiropractic Clinic he was still suffering from neck and back pain. He was diagnosed with cervical strain/sprain, thoracic sprain/straight, and lumbar sprain/strain. Dr. Cosper found that Eugene had reduced range of motion in his neck and back, and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms.
