DUI Accident Settles With State Farm Insurance

Brittanie was involved in a motor vehicle accident caused by a drunk driver on December 11, 2011 in Fulton County Georgia. Brittanie was driving on Camp Creek Parkway through a green light when another vehicle turned into her. The other driver was under the influence and also had a suspended license. She began a conservative program of physical therapy to improve her injuries. Dr. Eric Plotnick of Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates diagnosed her with dysphonia and benign neoplasm of the larynx. She suffered serious injuries that affected her voice. Dr. Carissa Maira of the Emory Clinic also treated Brittanie. Dr. Maira found vocal nodules in her vocal chords.
