Latashia was involved in a motor vehicle accident on March 25th, 2009 in Baldwin County Georgia.
Latashia was traveling south on North Columbia Street when another vehicle pulled out in front of her trying to make a left hand turn. Latashia struck the other vehicle. She and her family were injured and were taken to Oconee Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Latashia sustained injuries to her hand, arm, neck and upper back. She was diagnosed with having right forearm abrasion and upper back strain. Latashia’s injuries required more medical attention, and she was seen at Healing Hands for treatment. There she was diagnosed with having tension headaches, lumbago, thoracic spine pain, facet syndrome, cervical and lumbar subluxations, and radicular neuralgia. Latashia was prescribed physical therapy for treatment. Once she was feeling completely better, we were able to settle the case against Allstate Insurance.
Latashia's children were also in the vehicle when she was in the accident on March 25th, 2009. Qwantavious (14), Tykhiem (6), and Victoria (3) were injured in the accident and were seen at Oconee Regional Medical Center for their injuries.
Qwantavious sustained injuries to his neck and back and was diagnosed with having lumbar sprain. He was also seen at Healing Hands for further treatment to his injuries. There he was diagnosed as having cervical sprain/strain and cervical and lumbar subluxations. He was prescribed physical therapy for treatment.
Tykheim and Victoria sustained no significant injuries at this time. They were told to follow up at primary care doctor for check up. Once they were feeling completely better, we were able to settle the case against Allstate Insurance.
Ester was also traveling with Latashia when the collision occurred on March 25th, 2009.
She was injured and was taken to Oconee Regional Medical Center for treatment. Ester sustained injuries to her neck and shoulder which radiated to her chest. She was diagnosed with having cervical strain and chest contusion. Ester’s injuries required more medical attention, and she was seen at Healing Hands for treatment. There she was diagnosed with having Radiculitis, nerve root compression, paraesthesia, lumbar sprain/strain, dizziness, headaches, edema, inflammation, cervical subluxation complex, cervical subluxation-multiple areas, lumbar subluxation complex, thoracic vertebrae region subluxation, and sacroiliac subluxation. Ester was prescribed physical therapy for treatment.
Once she was feeling completely better, we were able to settle the case against Allstate Insurance.
