Pamela had complaints of pain in shoulder, knee, back, neck, and head. She was diagnosed with having tension headaches, cervical strain, shoulder stiffness, deltoid strain, thoracic sprain, lumbosacral sprain, muscle spasms, and knee pain. She had complaints of pain in back, neck, and wrist/hand. She was diagnosed with having cervical sprain, lumbar sprain, wrist/hand pain, muscle spasms, and high blood pressure.
They were both prescribed physical therapy for their injuries.
