Pamela and Janice were involved in a motor vehicle accident on March 7th, 2009 in Fulton County Georgia.

They were discharged and told to seek follow up care for injuries. Pamela and Janice were seen at South Atlanta Medical & Rehab for treatment. Pamela had complaints of pain in shoulder, knee, back, neck, and head. She was diagnosed with having tension headaches, cervical strain, shoulder stiffness, deltoid strain, thoracic sprain, lumbosacral sprain, muscle spasms, and knee pain. She had complaints of pain in back, neck, and wrist/hand. She was diagnosed with having cervical sprain, lumbar sprain, wrist/hand pain, muscle spasms, and high blood pressure.
They were both prescribed physical therapy for their injuries.
Once they were feeling completely better, we were able to settle the case against State Farm Insurance Company.
