Fulton County Case Settles Against USAA

Charity was involved in a motor vehicle accident on November 21, 2010 in Fulton County Georgia. Charity was driving through an intersection when another vehicle ran the stop sign and slammed into her. After the impact, the other driver backed up and drove off. After this collision, Charity required medical attention. At the Emergency Room, she was examined and diagnosed with a closed head injury. Following her emergency room visit, she sought further medical care. She began treating with Dr. D'Amato of South Atlanta Medical who diagnosed her with cervicalgia, lumbar back pain, and thoracic segmental dysfunction. Dr. D'Amato found that Charity had reduced range of motion in heck neck and back. She began a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms. We later settled with USAA.
