Fulton County DUI Victim Settles Claim Against First Acceptance Insurance

James was involved in a motor vehicle accident on October 30, 2010 in Fulton County Georgia. James was a passenger in a vehicle that flipped over because of an irresponsible DUI driver. After this collision, James required medical attention and was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of Grady Health System. At the Emergency Room, he was examined by the emergency room physician and diagnosed as having neck sprain. James was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. Upon discharge, he was instructed to rest and to take the prescribed medications. HE was also advised to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained. Following the emergency room physician's advice, he sought further medical care. Dr. D'Amato found that James had reduced range of motion in his neck and back. Because of this he prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms.
