GA-92 Accident in Fayette County - Settlement against Geico

Kevin Kasprzyk was involved in a motor vehicle accident on October 5, 2009 in Fayette County. He was traveling north on GA-92 when he was struck from behind by another vehicle. After this collision, Kevin required medical attention and was seen at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. Kevin presented with complaints of pain in his neck and upper back, nausea, and with numbness in both arms. He was diagnosed as having musculoskeletal injuries and nausea.
