Girlfriend Accidentally Runs over Boyfriend's Foot (Griffin)

Tony was involved in a pedestrian accident on November 19, 2009 in Griffin, Georgia. His foot was injured when his girlfriend backed her car over his left foot by accident. 

Tony sustained injuries from the accident and was transported to the Emergency Room at Fayette Community Hospital. At the Hospital, Tony's foot was swelling, he had complaints of pain and discomfort in that left foot. He also had numbness to the left third toe. Tony had an X-rays done and was prescribed medication to relieve his pain and was advised to follow up for treatment.   
Tony went to Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic for treatment, at the clinic Tony was diagnosed with a comminuted fracture of the 3rd metatarsal.
