Gwinett County - Scene of Motor Vehicle Injury

Dannyell Jones was involved in a rear-end motor vehicle accident on February 15, 2010 in Gwinnett County. After the accident, Dannyell was in need of immediate care and was transported to the emergency room of DeKalb Medical. Presenting with complaints of pain in both his neck and back, he was diagnosed as having back pain. Dannyell was given prescriptions for his injuries. Additionally, he was advised to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained. Dannyell continued to suffer pain from and sought further medical care at Apex Healthcare & Rehab. Dannyell continued to suffer from pain in his neck, low and mid back, left knee and from pain that radiated into his left arm. Dr. Sill of Apex Healthcare & Rehab diagnosed him with cervicobrachial syndrome, thoracic pain, disorders of the sacrum, and a disturbance of skin sensation. Dr. Sill found that Dannyell also suffered from a reduced range of motion in his neck and back for which he suggested/ prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat/alleviate such symptoms.
