Injuries In Rear End Collision

JW was involved in a auto accident on July 13, 2011. The incident occurred in Baldwin County in the city of Milledgeville. Our client was rear-ended. After this collision, JW required medical attention.  At the Emergency Room, he was examined by the emergency room physician.  JW presented with complaints of pain in his head and back.  He was diagnosed with multiple strains.  JW was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. JW continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries.  Following the emergency room physician's advice, he sought further medical care.  JW was seen by Dr. Nolan Stephens of Healing Hands Chiropractic.  He had continued to suffer from pain in his lower back.  Dr. Stephens diagnosed him with multiple back injuries and reduced range of motion. He was prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing.  Once JW was feeling better, our office was able to settle the claim against Nationwide insurance company.
