Winona Culpepper and Alandrina Bartley were involved in a rear-end collision on January 22, 2010 in Troup County. After the accident, Winona required medical attention. She was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of West Georgia Medical Center where she presented with complaints of pain in her neck. A diagnosis of acute myofascial strain was given to Winona and she was given prescriptions for the injuries related to the January collision. Further, Winona was asked to seek additional medical care and with that advice Winona sought treatment from Crouch Chiropractic. Winona continued to have back pain and was diagnosed by Crouch Chiropractic with lower cervical pain radiating into her upper back. Dr. Crouch prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to help alleviate Winona’s pain. Unfortunately, Dr. Crouch was unable to moderate her pain. She sought further medical care from Cosper Chiropractic. Dr. Cosper diagnosed her with cervical/thoracic/lumbar sprains/strains and he prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms. Dr. Cosper was able to moderate her pain and help her to heal. Alandrina Bartley was also a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the collision and she required medical attention. Alandrina was also seen by Cosper Chiropractic. She continued to suffer from lower back pain. Dr. Cosper diagnosed her with lumbar sprain/strain. He prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat the symptoms of Alandrina.
Once Alandrina and Winona were feeling better, we were able to settle the claim against PGA Insurance Company.
