Matthew - Matt was injured in a car wreck

Matthew - Matt was injured in a car wreck in Jonesboro, Georgia in Clayton County.  While Matt was driving on Jonesboro Road, another vehicle pulled across his lane of traffic.  Matt tried to stop his vehicle but was unable to do so.  He struck the passenger side of the vehicle, totaling his Geo Metro.  He hurt his neck and was unable to return to work immediately following the accident.  Matt sought treatment at Sparlin Medical Clinic.  After his treatment was finished and he was able to resume his normal activities, we began negotiations with the defendant driver's insurance company.  Once Matt was satisfied with the settlement amount, we closed his case.  We had previously represented Matt in another lawsuit.
