Muscogee County Passenger Case Settles

LT was involved in motor vehicle accident on December 15, 2010 in Muscogee County, Georgia when another struck the driver’s side. After this collision my client, LT required medical attention. At the Emergency Room, the emergency room physician examined LT.  LT presented with complaints of pain in her neck and back. LT continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries and sought further medical care. Dr. D’Amato of South Atlanta Chiropractic saw LT.  LT had continued to suffer from lower back pain.  Dr. D’Amato found that LT had reduced range of motion in her lower back. He prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing. The claim was settled against Sedgwick CMS once LT completed her treatment.
