Nationwide Was on Our Client's Side as a Result of a Rear End Accident

Huigi Holmes was involved in a rear end motor vehicle accident on December 2, 2009 in Fayette County. Huigi was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Hwy 74 and Georgian Park when another car hit her from behind causing her to strike the car in front of her. After this collision, Huigi required medical attention. She was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of Piedmont Fayette Hospital where she presented with complaints of pain in her chest. She was diagnosed with musculoskeletal pain and chest pain. Huigi was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries and was also encouraged to seek follow-up medical care for the injuries sustained. Huigi continued to be symptomatic from the injurise sustained during the rear end collission.  She sought treatment from Dr. Fuller of Fuller Life Chiropractor Center. Huigi had continued to suffer from neck pain, lower back pain, and headaches. Dr. Fuller diagnosed her with occipito-cervical, cervical subluxations, cervical/cranial syndrome, cervical/brachial syndrome, thoracic subluxations, and lumbar subluxations. Dr. Fuller also found Huigi had reduced range of motion in both her neck and back and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy.

As Huigi's symptoms improved, a successful settlement was made  against Nationwide Insurance Company.
