Passenger in Auto Accident Suffered Multiple Injuries to Neck and Shoulder

Our client was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by another vehicle. The driver of the car he was traveling in, failed to yield after a stop sign, and collided into an oncoming vehicle. Directly following, our client needed immediate medical attention. Upon arrival at the emergency room, our client was examined and diagnosed with left shoulder strain and headaches. Following being discharged, he was advised to seek follow-up medical care. Our client received medical care after due to much pain in his shoulder, ribs, neck, and legs and was later diagnosed with left shoulder sprain/strain, cervical subluxations, rib sprain/strain, and leg pain. He had reduced range of motion in his neck and shoulder and as a result of the collision had to complete physical therapy and he was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. After our client's condition improved, we moved forward and settled the claim against Georgia Farm Bureau.
