Shane Smith Settle Case Client Slipped on wet floor Kroger Dekalb Cnty

Colongi was involved in a slip and fall incident on June 30^th, 2009 in a Kroger store in DeKalb County, Georgia.

Colongi slipped on some water that was on the floor. There were no signs indicating the wet floor. Colongi sustained injuries from this incident and was taken to DeKIalb Medical Center for treatment. She had pain in her ankle, and she was diagnosed with ankle sprain. She was given medications and advised to follow up with a chiropractor for further treatment. Colongi followed up with Eastern Health Center. She had pain in her ankle and lower back, and she was diagnosed with having lumbar sprain/strain, lumbar intersegmental dysfunction, and ankle pain. She was prescribed physical therapy for treatment of her injuries. Once Colongi was feeling better, we settled the case against Sedgwick Claims Insurance Company.
