Side Impact Vehicle Accident Required ER Visit

Derrick Lurry was involved in a side impact motor vehicle accident on November 27, 2009 in Mitchell Georgia. After this collision, he required medical attention and was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of Archbold Medical Center. Derrick presented with complaints of pain in his neck and with headaches. Diagnosed with muscle spasms and headaches, he was given prescriptions for the injuries he sustained in the side impact collision.  Further, Derrick was advised to seek follow-up medical care for the injuries he sustained.
