TH was involved in a slip and fall accident on March 14,2010. The incident occurred at Grand Buffet. She slipped and fell in the restroom. After slipping, TH required medical attention. After this collision my client, TH required medical attention. TH was examined by Dr. Watts of PAPP Clinic in Senoia. She was diagnosed as having patella dislocation, headaches, and paresthesia. TH was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. TH was also advised to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained. TH continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries. Following the physician's advice, TH sought further medical care. TH was seen by Dr. Carter of Regional Health Center. TH had continued to suffer from pain in her back, neck, knee, hip, and ankle pain. Dr. Carter diagnosed her with multiple sprains, strains, and reduced ranges of motion. He prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms. The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing. Once TH was feeling better, our office was able to settle the claim against Farmer’s insurance company
