Raymond Havercomb was involved in a motor vehicle accident on February 16, 2010 in Muscogee County located in South Georgia. After the collision, Raymond required immediate medical care and was transported to the Central Alabama VA Health Care System. Raymond presented with complaints of pain in his neck, face, and rib cage. He was diagnosed as having neck pain and was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries and was advised to seek additional treatment for the injuries sustained. Raymond was seen by Dr. Burnett of South Atlanta Medical & Rehabilitation. Raymond had continued to suffer from headaches, mid back pain, and lower back pain. Dr. Burnett diagnosed him with the following: cervicobrachial syndrome, cervicocranial syndrome, somatic dysfunction of the lumbar region, and thoracic sprain/strain. Additionally, Dr. Burnett found that Raymond had reduced range of motion in his neck and back and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat Raymond’s symptoms.
We were able to settle the claim against State Farm Insurance Company once Raymond was feeling better.
