Struck Car Spin Out Of Control into a Ditch Lawyer Settles,Columbus GA

Genorse was involved in a motor vehicle accident on May 27th 2009, in Columbus Georgia.

Genorse  was traveling south on Gateway Road when another vehicle disregarded the stop sign and struck Genorse’s  car on the rear passenger side causing him to spin out of control into a ditch upside down.

 

Genorse sustained injuries from the accident and was transported to the Emergency Room at Columbus Regional Medical Center Hospital.

 

At the Hospital, Genorse had complaints of lower back and neck pain, and was diagnosed with having cervical strain and headaches.

 

He was prescribed medication for sustained injuries and was advised to follow up for treatment if needed.

 

 Genorse continued to have pain from the accident, and was seen Southern Crescent Medical Clinic for treatment.
