Dorothy Caldwell, Roy Caldwell, and Fikina Hart were all involved in a motor vehicle accident on August 17th, 2009 in Carroll County Georgia.
Dorothy Caldwell, Roy Caldwell, and Fikina Hart were stopped for traffic on GA-166 when another vehicle struck them from behind. Dorothy Caldwell, Roy Caldwell, and Fikina Hart all sustained injuries from the collision, and they were seen at Wellstar Douglas Hospital for treatment.
Dorothy had complaints of pain in her neck and right knee, and was diagnosed with having acute neck sprain, muscle spasms, and right knee contusion.
Roy had complaints of pain in his neck and back, and he was diagnosed with having cervical strain, neck strain, muscle spasms, and back strain.
Fikina had complaints of pain and swelling in her tongue and lips, and she was diagnosed with having a rash/uriticaria.
They were all prescribed medication for their treatment and advised to follow up with further medical care if needed. Following this advice, they were seen at Dr. Russo’s Chiropractic office for treatment. Dorothy, Roy, and Fikina had pain in their neck, head, and back, and they was diagnosed with having cervical sprain/strain, cervical subluxations, radiculitis, cervicalgia, headaches, thoracic sprain/strain, thoracic subluxations, thoracalgia, lumbar sprain/strain, lumbar subluxations, and low back pain. They were all prescribed physical therapy.
Once they were completely better, we were able to settle the case against Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance Company.
