Annie Mae Cameron, Ashley Cameron, and Lenora Cameron were all involved in a motor vehicle accident on June 8, 2009 in Troup County. After the collision, Annie Mae required medical attention and was transported to the emergency room of West Georgia Medical Center. Annie Mae presented with complaints of pain in her neck and was diagnosed as having cervical strain. She was given prescriptions and was also advised to seek follow-up medical care for the injuries she sustained. Annie Mae continued to suffer pain and sought treatment from Dr. Cosper of Cosper Chiropractic. Presenting with pain in her neck and back, Dr. Cosper diagnosed her with cervical and lumbar strains/sprains. Further, he found Annie Mae had reduced range of motion in her neck and back for which he prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy.
Ashley Cameron was also injured in the accident. After this collision, Ashley required medical attention and was transported to the emergency room of West Georgia Medical Center. Ashley presented with complaints of pain in her right leg. She was diagnosed as having a contusion in her right leg. Ashley was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. Like Annie Mae, she was also advised to seek follow-up medical care for her injuries. Ashley was seen by Cosper Chiropractic. Further, Dr. Cosper diagnosed her with a cervical strain. Dr. Cosper found that Ashley had reduced range of motion in her neck thereby prescribing a course of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.
Lenora Cameron was another passenger in the vehicle at the time of the Troup County accident who sustained injuries. Also transported to the emergency room of West Georgia Medical Center, Lenora presented with complaints of pain in her upper back. Diagnosed with an acute cervical myofascial strain, Lenora was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. Lenora was also advised to seek follow up medical care for her injuries and she, too, was eventually seen by Cosper Chiropractic. Lenora had continued to suffer from neck and back pain. Dr. Cosper’s initial diagnosis included cervical and lumbar strains/sprains. Dr. Cosper found that Lenora also had reduced range of motion in her neck and back and a conservative program of physical therapy was recommended to help expedite healing and relieve Lenora’s symptoms.
