Troup County Accident Settles With Cornerstone National

RB was involved in a motor vehicle accident July 14, 2011 in Troup County, Georgia. The other vehicle lost control in due to weather conditions and rear-ended RB. After this collision, RB required medical attention.  She was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of West Georgia Medical Center. At the Emergency Room, she was diagnosed as having acute myofascial strain.  RB was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries. Upon discharge, RB advised to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained.  RB continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries.  Following the emergency room physician's advice, she sought further medical care.  Dr. Steven Cosper of Cosper Chiropractic Clinic saw RB.  She had continued to suffer from pain in her head, neck, and back. Dr. Cosper found that RB had reduced range of motion in her neck and back. She was prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing. The claim was settled against Cornerstone National Insurance once RB completed her treatment.
