Troup County Woman Hurt in Collision

Valerie was involved in a motor vehicle accident on November 23^rd, 2010 in Troup County Georgia. Valerie was traveling south on South Greenwood Street when another vehicle turned in front of her causing the accident. After this collision, Valerie required medical attention.    At the Emergency Room, she was examined by the emergency room physician and diagnosed as having acute myofascial lumbosacral and cervical strains.  Upon discharge, she was instructed to rest and to take the prescribed medications and to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained.  Following the emergency room physician's advice, Valerie sought further medical care by Dr. Steve Cosper of Cosper Chiropractic Clinic. Dr. Cosper diagnosed her with multiple spinal sprains/strains. He found that Valerie had reduced range of motion in her neck and back and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.   Valerie continued to suffer pain and was next seen by Dr. Herczeg of Clark-Holder Clinic.  Valerie had continued to suffer from neck pain and was diagnosed with cervical strain. Once she was feeling better, we settled the claim against State Farm Insurance.
