Tiffany Bromirski and April Jozan were involved in a rear-end collision on July 28, 2009 in Carroll County. After this collision, Tiffany required medical attention. She was seen by Fuller Life Chiropractic. Tiffany suffered from upper and lower back pain and neck pain. Dr. Rose diagnosed Tiffany with cervical, thoracic and lumbar subluxations, shoulder segmental dysfunction, cervical/brachial syndrome, thoracic pain, low back pain, and cervicalgia. She prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat Tiffany's symptoms. Tiffany continued to suffer pain from her injuries. Shortly after beginning therapy, Tiffany's pain became so extreme that she had to seek treatment at Valleycare Medical Center. Tiffany Bromirski continued to suffer from back and lower abdominal pain.
April was also in the vehicle with Tiffany. After this collision, she, too, required medical attention seeking treatment from Dr. Rowe with Fuller Life Chiropractic. April presented with neck pain, mid back pain, and headaches. Dr. Rowe diagnosed her with cervical, thoracic and lumbar subluxations, occipito-cervical, cervical/cranial syndrome, cervical/brachial syndrome, thoracic sprain/strain, and pelvic pain. Dr. Rowe prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms. April continued to suffer pain from the injuries that resulted from the July collision. She was seen by Dr. Marilyn Durden who diagnosed and treated the following: multiple subluxations, radiculitis root compression, subluxations/thoracic region, intercostals neuritis, lumbar segmental dysfunction, facet syndrome, and cervical and thoracic sprains/strains.
Once the symptoms of both Tiffany and April improved, our firm was successful in their efforts to settle the claim against Allstate Insurance Company.
