Whitlock Drive Accident Settlement for Matthew Lowe

Matt Lowe was involved in a motor vehicle accident on January 19, 2010 in Cobb County Georgia. Matt was traveling south on Whitlock Drive when another vehicle ran a stop sign and struck him in the side. After this collision, Mr. Lowe required medical attention and was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Mr. Lowe presented with complaints of neck pain, and he was diagnosed as having cervical strain/sprain. He was given prescriptions and was also advised to seek follow-up medical care for the injuries sustained. Mr. Lowe continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries and sought further care from Dr. Scott Perlman who diagnosed him with cervical strain/sprain, thoracic sprain/strain, lumbar sprain/strain, and neck and back pain. Dr. Perlman also found that Mr. Lowe had reduced range of motion. He prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms.
