Atlanta police are looking for the driver that left a 27-year-old man dead in the side of the road.

Lejuan Washington was found on Highway 166 near Interstate 285 on May 31, 2010. He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital where he died from his injuries.

 
Police believe that Mr. Washington was hit by a 2006 or earlier Nissan Titan, Armada or Infinity QX56.  It is believed that the accident occurred between 2 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. The driver of the vehicle did not stop at the accident scene. Police say the car will have damage on the passenger side and a missing side mirror.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers or the Atlanta Police department.
