Briana Cool, often affectionately known as Bri, hails from upstate New York and has been a proud resident of North Carolina for the past three years. As a dedicated member of our legal team, she brings a unique blend of compassion, legal acumen, and a commitment to advocating for her clients.

Briana’s journey into law was ignited by a deeply personal experience. At the tender age of 14, she witnessed her mother’s battle with undiagnosed breast cancer, instilling in her a profound desire to advocate for others facing similar challenges. This early passion led her to focus on medical malpractice, vowing to ensure that her clients receive the justice they deserve.

Briana pursued her undergraduate studies at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, majoring in political science with a concentration in pre-law. Subsequently, she earned her law degree from the esteemed Elon University. Briana’s dedication to her craft is evident in her commitment to continuing education, including her favorite subject, torts, during law school.

Briana’s professional ethos revolves around genuine care and active listening.
