Timothy has experience in all phases of litigation, having successfully handled and resolved hundreds of personal injury cases arising from automobile accidents throughout Georgia. He has worked diligently as a plaintiff’s attorney and also previously served as in-house Staff Counsel in the Atlanta office of one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.

During law school, he interned with one of Florida’s leading plaintiff’s injury firms and also at the Office of the Orange County Public Defender. A proud member of the State Bar of Georgia, Timothy is also a member of both the Tort and Insurance Practice and the Alternative Dispute Resolution sections.
