The 7 Critical Steps of Your Car Wreck Case

First offer received letter:

We received the first offer on your case. The insurance company has offered $ for your bodily injury claim. I do not want you to be concerned about their offer. This begins the negotiation process of your claim. Over the next three weeks, I will be arguing with them about your case. Their first offer that they start with is always low.

My job is to get the insurance company to offer the most money they will offer prior to us filing a lawsuit. Once I feel we are at that number, then you and I will have to discuss what you want to do about your case. You will be able to settle or have us file a lawsuit. At that time, I will send you a complete breakdown of the bills, how much money you would receive, and all of the other financial information.

During the next three weeks, I will be talking to the insurance company several times. Three weeks is the normal length of time it takes to argue with them. Some insurance companies or individual adjusters take longer. If this becomes the situation in your case, Jennifer or I will call you and let you know that it will take a little while longer. I will move as fast as I can during the negotiation process, but I do not want them to think that either of us is desperate to settle, because that will cause them to lower their offer.

*YOUR case, while in negotiations is being handled by Jennifer. You may contact her at 770-487-8999 ext. 5 for any questions relating to your case.
