Jennifer works as a paralegal in the office. She has 7 ½ years of law experience with 5 ½ years solely dedicated to personal injury law. She enjoys helping those in need. She assists clients on a daily basis, making sure they are seeing the type of doctor they need too based on their injuries through her many contacts in the industry. With her prior experience in the car business, she can also assist clients with their property damage needs.

 

            Right out of high school, Jennifer landed a legal assistant position with Boswell Law Office. She worked there for 2 years until Judge Boswell was re-elected as Superior Court judge and returned to the bench and closed his practice. Shortly after, she began working for Allan Vigil Ford in the Finance and Insurance Department for the next five years. The long hours finally took their toll, so she decided to go back to work in the area of law. She began working as a paralegal for Montlick and Associates. While at Montlick, she met Mr. Smith, where they worked as colleagues.  She later moved to work with Mr. Smith once he opened his own firm, and she has been with him since May 2010.

           

            Jennifer was born in Birmingham, Alabama, but moved to Georgia when she was a year old. She considers herself a "Georgia Girl." She graduated from Lovejoy High School and attended several courses at DeKalb Technical College. She has attended many "Continuing Legal Education" courses over the past 7½ years. When she is not working at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob. She also enjoys having family time together with her 11-year-old daughter and 3 stepchildren, ages 15,11, and 10! She loves to travel and tries to get to the beach as much as possible. She is also a die hard Georgia Bulldog fan.
