Chadrian was involved in a motor vehicle accident on November 11th, 2010 in Muscogee County Georgia. Chadrian was a traveling as a passenger with his mother when another car pulled in front of them causing an accident. After this collision, he required medical attention and was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of Columbus Regional Medical Center. At the Emergency Room, he was examined by the emergency room physician. He presented with complaints of pain and bleeding over his left eye and diagnosed as having eyebrow laceration, contusion of the face, closed head injury, and right lower leg contusion. Following the emergency room physician's advice, Chadrian sought further medical care and was seen by Dr. D'Amato of South Atlanta Medical Rehabilitation‑Fayetteville. Dr. D'Amato diagnosed him with cervicocranial syndrome, thoracic sprain/strain, lumbar sprain/strain, and facial laceration. Dr. D'Amato found that he had reduced range of motion in his back and neck and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms. Chadrian was also seen at Open Arms Medical Arts for further treatment. Chadrian suffered from left sided facial numbness.
