Fulton County Accident; Lawyer Shane Smith Settles Case

     David was involved in a motor vehicle accident on June 30^th, 2010 in Fulton County Georgia. David was stopped in traffic on the northbound lane on Main St. waiting for a vehicle in front of him to take a left turn when he was stuck in the rear bumper from another vehicle. After this collision, David required medical attention.  

     At the Emergency Room, he was examined by the emergency room physician and diagnosed as having muscle sprains. He was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries and instructed to rest and to take prescribed medications.  David was also advised to seek follow up medical care for the injuries sustained. Following the emergency room physician's advice, David sought further medical care and was seen by Dr. Cliff Bost of Peachtree City Chiropractic. Dr. Bost found that David had reduced range of motion in his neck and prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat his symptoms.

      David continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries. His injuries and treatment protocol were evaluated by Dr. Swenson of Community Medical Center. Dr. Swenson diagnosed him with cervical/cervicodorsal sprains and recommended that David continue his treatment with Dr. Bost.
